Welcome to Ascend Studios’ Apple Diagnostic Check service. By using our service, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

We provide a one-time diagnostic check for Apple devices (iPhone models only) via Apple’s official Diagnostics API. Our system verifies your device’s serial number, launches the diagnostic suite on your iPhone, and retrieves a detailed report.

2. Eligibility & Restrictions

Only valid Apple device serial numbers (10–20 alphanumeric characters) are supported.
Unsupported models or invalid serial numbers will be declined.
Device must be physically present to scan the QR code and run diagnostics.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of registration. Once the payment is successful, no refunds will be issued, except in the rare event that we are unable to deliver the diagnostic report at all.

If our system fails to perform any diagnostic check after you’ve completed payment, you may request a full refund by contacting [email protected] within 7 days.
No partial refunds or credits will be provided for tests already initiated or partially completed.

4. Your Responsibilities

Ensure your device has at least 20% battery or is plugged into power before running diagnostics.
Maintain a stable internet connection during the test.
Follow on-screen instructions in the Diagnostics app to completion.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASCEND STUDIOS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
